Postpartum Doula

About me

Hi there! I am a DONA-trained and ProDoula-certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula deeply committed to guiding families through the emotional and relational shifts that accompany the arrival of a new baby. I empower parents by bridging their natural instincts with the latest insights and innovations in postpartum care. Using a warm, calm, reliable, flexible, and non-judgmental approach, I provide invaluable support during this transformative period. I am available for support on weekdays, weeknights, weekends, overnights, and holidays. My areas of expertise include attachment theory, bonding, and nervous system regulation. With a degree in early childhood development and five years of experience in mental health education, I use these skills to help families establish psychologically safe environments that enhance co-regulation. I am certified in the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) and use this powerful evidence-based tool to enrich my postpartum services. I am also certified by the American Red Cross in Pediatric & Adult First Aid/CPR. In addition to my doula practice, I am a medicinal herbalist, organic gardener, and certified yoga teacher. I look forward to meeting you and would be honored to partner with your family on this journey.
