About me
I am Avivah Kupfer, and I love what I do! I am a warm, deeply nurturing licensed nurse with a compact multi-state license, postpartum doula, proud mother of five, and grandmother of fourteen. With over 25 years of nursing experience and CPR certified in both infant and adult care, I bring a unique combination of medical expertise and heartfelt support to the families I serve. I offer a holistic, family-centered approach that supports not only mom and baby, but also dad, siblings, and anyone else needing care during this beautiful and often challenging time. My services include assistance with breastfeeding, emotional support, sleep training, feeding, dressing changes, and light housekeeping. As a nurse with a strong background in pediatrics, I’m also able to provide medical care when needed—an added comfort to many of my clients. I am available for day and night shifts, 24-hour care, and have even traveled with families on vacation to care for their newborns. Althouth I reside in Baltimore, MD, I am willing to travel for 24hr. contracts. It would be my privilege to be part of your postpartum journey and beyond—happy references available upon request.

Service introduction
During this wonderful and often challenging time, I offer a holistic approach, which means that I'm not just there to support mom and baby, but I am there to be a support in any way that I can for your entire family. Being that I am also a licensed nurse, I have and can provide medical care for newborns and or moms. I provide night and day shifts as well as 24 hr care, and travel as well. The services that I provide include, but are not limited to: light housekeeping, laundery, cooking, errands, lactation assistance, post birth medical care, dressing care, post circumcission care, sleep training, feedings, medication administration and reminders. If there is a need for something that I haven't mentioned above, please let me know and I would be glad to see if I am able to provide this for you. I look forward to meeting you, your family and most importantly, your yummy baby!
