About me

Hello! My name is Ava and I am a Postpartum Doula and Reiki Practitioner. My passion is for women’s health. My goal as a doula is to give mom a break to rest and care for herself. Having a baby is a major life transition and I’m happy to do what I can to make it as smooth as possible for your family whether it’s cooking a meal that is healing for mom, watching baby while you rest, tidying up around the house, cleaning bottles, helping your partner get used to being a parent, or just chatting about your birth experience and the motherhood journey! It takes a village and I’d love to be a part of your village!
