About me

Hi, I'm Autumn Mafi. I am a birth doula located in Jacksonville, Florida. I am DONA trained and always seeking to learn more. I am a mother myself, and have experienced a variety of birth support. I believe the more prepared and supported you are before and during your birth, the more empowered you are to have the birth you are proud of! I provide informational, emotional, and physical support during pregnancy and labor. I would love to serve you!

Service introduction

Birth Support - My birth support includes at least two prenatal visits so we can get to know each other and discuss your goals for your birth experience. I am available to provide evidence-based information and resources for any questions you may have regarding your pregnancy and birth throughout these visits, as well as weekly check-ins between. I also provide consistent in-person support through early and active labor, and will continue to support through the initial postpartum period immediately following birth. Lastly, one postpartum visit is included as well so we can discuss any questions you may have, and I will be happy to provide referrals or recommendations as needed.
