Hello! I’m Anusuya, a Full Spectrum Doula, blessed to be the mother of two beautiful children aged 18 & 13. I’m someone who brings a calm, steady, and grounding presence, and I naturally extend that care to ensure my support person feels held and supported as well. My favourite part of being a doula is witnessing the moment someone realizes they can do this. There is always a shift when confidence replaces fear, and being present for that transformation is incredibly meaningful. It is also an honour to stand beside families as they welcome new life into the world, knowing I helped create a space that felt calm, safe, and supported. Alongside my doula work, I am an internationally certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist, and Face Yoga Trainer. My practice is rooted in guiding women through every stage of their journey — from pregnancy to postpartum recovery — with compassion, mindfulness, and evidence-based care. I have supported many expectant mothers through their trimesters, preparing them with breath-work, movement, and meditation for the sacred day of labor. Beyond birth, I have walked alongside postpartum mothers in their healing, offering nurturing practices to ease postpartum depression and specialized yoga sequences to restore strength and heal diastasis recti.
