My name is Alise, and I am a dedicated birth and postpartum doula, as well as a passionate birth photographer! As a mother of two, I cherish the beautiful journey of motherhood and feel deeply honored to support women and families through these sacred moments. My heart is devoted to serving women and their families, providing compassionate care and guidance throughout the birthing process and postpartum period. Additionally, I am familiar with CPR and First Aid, ensuring the safety and bell-being of both mom and baby. I believe that every family deserves a positive and empowering birth and postpartum experience, and I strive to make that a reality for my clients.

I specialize in birth and motherhood photography, which can include maternity, lifestyle newborn, fresh 48's, etc. I also offer birth videography to document the incredible journey of welcoming new life. As a birth and postpartum doula, I am dedicated to offering compassionate support and guidance to families through pregnancy, labor and postpartum. My goal is to create a peaceful birth and postpartum experience and nurture lasting memories for every family I work with.

prenatal: -2 or 3 in home prenatal visits to discuss your birth goals, fears, priorities, concerns, questions discussing your options for different scenarios -option to have your doula accompany you to a prenatal appointment with your provider -phone + text support throughout pregnancy -birth plan assistance during labor: -on call starting at 37 weeks continuous labor support your doula will be a liaison between you and your birth providers postpartum: -postpartum support for 1-2 hours after delivery -assistance with breastfeeding, if desired -making sure you and your spouse have a meal, if desired -1 in home postpartum visits to discuss your birth experience, compare notes, clarify events from your birth, answer any questions you may have for me and to receive feedback regarding my role in your birth

-referrals for postpartum resources (lactation consultants, chiropractic care, pelvic floor therapy, massage therapists, etc.)
pricing:
> $650 includes 24 hours of care to be used within the fourth trimester
> $450 includes 16 hours of care to be used within the fourth trimester
> $250 includes 8 hours of care to be used within the fourth trimester
> overnight care available for $30/hour with a 6 hour minimum
> Travel fees will be added if travel is more than 20 miles
