I plan to have a natural birth at Bella Vie birthing center. I live a very low toxin and natural lifestyle and would like my labor and delivery to reflect that. I am interested in water birth but not sure if that will be the route we take or not. I have coverage through Pacific Source (OHP) and was informed they also cover doulas! This is my first pregnancy and me and my fiancé’s first child. My fiancé, Spencer is very involved and supportive!

Salem hospital I have 2 insurances. United health care and Pacific source OHP

Im hoping for a home birth but will likely birth at Salem hospital. This is covered by insurance so there’s so budget. I want a natural birth no epidural I plan to breastfeed I am very independent and educated so I don’t want a lactation consultant and am very firm of my and my babies care. I also only want my husband and doula present unless it’s at a hospital then of course there will be people to aid in delivery

1.) I plan to give birth at Salem hospital. 2.) I have Kaiser and am told that Kaiser does provide coverage for doulas. I was hoping to find a doula that works with Kaiser permanente. 3.) This is my 2nd kid and am hoping to have a unmedicated natural birth. If I have to be induced like I did with my 1st, then I will get an epidural.

I️ have diagnosed endometriosis. I️ was also diagnosed as infertile about 4 years ago. I️ found out about an anti inflammatory diet and the benefits of following it, if you have endometriosis. I️ was able to reduce all my symptoms significantly and then got pregnant. I’d like to give birth at home or in a birthing center, if I’m eligible and not considered high risk. My ideal birthing plan, would be to deliver the baby naturally without any drugs or pain killers.

Not sure, I just recently moved to Springfield found it I’m pregnant, I want to give birth in a hospital but not sure which one, need help creating a ask natural birth plan, and budget would probably be pretty low.
