About me

For over 10 years, I've dedicated my life to nurturing children's growth and development. My graduate degree in Social Work coupled with my career experience in Child Welfare have given me a strong foundation to serve families. I am certified as a prenatal/birth/postpartum doula and currently serve as a newborn care specialist. Additionally, I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am patient, creative, and friendly which are all essential assets required for successful caregiving. As a trained doula, I offer holistic, personalized birthing support during and/or after your pregnancy. My goal is to give you and your family the support needed to make informed decisions about your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Services are provided a la carte & may include the following of your choice: * Phone/Text Support * Breastfeeding/Bottle Support * Light Housekeeping (ie; Wash/sterilize bottles,wash/put away baby laundry) * Local Errands (up to 1.5 hrs) * Infant Care during Parental Rest * Mindfulness/Reiki Sessions * Postpartum Stretch/Mobility & Exercise * Ob-Gyn Visit Support
