About me

Hello! I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator in Woodstock GA. I am so passionate about physiological birth. I strive to educate moms about their options and empower them to believe in how amazing their bodies are and all it is capable of. I'm a follower of Christ and bring this with me in my work. I pray for my clients and their journey, I pray for the medical providers to have clarity and bring peace to the birth room, and I pray that the Lord guides me to best support the families I serve. I am passionate about holistic care and herbal remedies to support our hormones. All of my birth packages have a focus in supporting you in your postpartum as well as I feel that is so important.

I offer holistic doula support. My birth packages range from 2-3 prenatals and 1 postpartum visit or 12 hours of postpartum care. I include a postpartum self care kit in all my birth packages and other packages come with homemade bone broth and treats to support your healing and breastfeeding journey as well as 1:1 Childbirth education class. My best package includes postpartum meal guides and prep guides. I offer hourly postpartum care packages. I also offer placenta encapsulation packages

Abbie is the best! She helped me with learning everything about breastfeeding and latching, as well as supported me postpartum (helped with laundry and baby). She encapsulated my placenta and gave me all the information i needed to know about it. She also helped me find birth resources while I was pregnant and encouraged me to advocate for myself to get the birth i wanted. She is very gentle and helpful during that vulnerable time!
